Lost and Found Laundry - June 26th - July 1st

Glen Haven Manor has a process for when new items are received for a resident that they are itemized and sent down to laundry for labelling. Although this process is in place there are times when a resident’s items are not labelled and once laundered are unable to be returned to their proper owner and are placed in our lost and found bins. Over time this bin becomes full of unclaimed items that we are no longer able to store.

In an effort to have all unclaimed items returned to their proper owners and to address our storage concerns we will be quarterly putting all lost and found items on display for residents, families and friends to come browse and collect any of their lost items. After these dates any items that are not claimed will be donated.

Items will be laid out on tables outside the Bluenose Dock (recreation room) which is located on the Basement Level of the facility.
