It is that time of year to complete our annual satisfaction survey. At Glen Haven Manor, we are committed to continuously improving the care and services we provide. To help us do so, we kindly ask you to complete our Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey. Your input is invaluable in guiding our efforts to enhance the experience for everyone here. The survey is simple and quick to complete, and your feedback is completely confidential.
How to Participate:
- Complete the survey (you may submit it in person to the business office with attention to “Administrator”; mail to: 739 East River Road, New Glasgow, NS, B2H5E9; OR email to administrator@glenhavenmanor.ca)
- Surveys must be returned by May 1, 2026
