Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we will be unable to mail statements to your patients or their families. We also cannot email the statements to your patients or their families due to the sensitive information included on the statement.
Please let your patients and their families know that once the strike is over, the statements will be sent immediately. If they wish to know the balance on their account, they can contact our office at 1-800-790-0733, option #2.
Please note that payments can still be made through automatic debit from a credit card or bank account, online banking or in person at any Lawtons Pharmacy location.
